We currently accept returns from customers in the UK and USA.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund for any item returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached. Please note, returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing tags may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded.

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges for customers in Europe due to increased duties and shipping costs.

We process orders daily and aim to dispatch items in stock within one business day. Delivery times are provided below and are calculated from the date of your shipment confirmation email.

FREE SHIPPING is available for UK mainland addresses on orders over £60.

Standard UK Delivery:
Estimated 3-5 working days after receiving your shipment email (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays). Typically delivered via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class for smaller items.

International Delivery:
Estimated 7-21 working days after receiving your shipment email (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays). Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.
